OnCare has upgraded the child schedule from simple schedule to detailed schedule. This upgrade is automatic and there is no input needed from your end.
This upgrade helps you in the following manners:
- More robust way of managing your child schedule, e.g. multiple Time-In and Time-Out and Classroom assignment per day.
- Generate more accurate Enrollment Report and Class Capacity Planning Report.
- Lay the foundation for the next billing upgrade called Program Based Billing which allows automatic assignment of billing to each child, automatic update of tuition increases, confirmation of re-enrollment of a child, and management of program change requests from the parents.
