OnCare acts as an Account Receivable subledger for financial accounting. The purpose of the General Ledger (G/L) function in OnCare is to help users track the various revenue accounts(buckets) as associated with the billing activities in OnCare.
Also it simplifies the process of making G/L entry from OnCare to the user’s Financial Accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks).
